The agreement

By using Ninecast you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What the service does

We read a Notion database you choose, render its rows as a grid you can embed, and — where you have linked an account and asked us to — publish those rows to social platforms.

Your account

• You are responsible for what is published from your linked accounts.
• Your embed link is a credential. Anyone who has it can view that planner, so treat a shared Notion page accordingly and rotate the link if it leaks.
• You must have the right to publish the content you schedule.

Trial and payment

New accounts get 7 days free. After that a subscription is required to keep publishing and syncing. Fees are charged in advance by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-months, but if something goes genuinely wrong, write to us.

Publishing, and its limits

Publishing depends on Instagram, TikTok and the other platforms, and on their approval of this application. We cannot guarantee a post will be accepted, or that a platform will remain available. We check your posts against each platform’s published rules before sending and tell you what would be rejected, but the final decision is theirs.

We will not publish anything you have not scheduled or explicitly asked us to send.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to publish unlawful content, to impersonate anyone, to spam, or in breach of the terms of any platform you connect. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We depend on Notion, the social platforms and our infrastructure providers, any of which can fail.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost followers, or a post going out late or not at all.

Ending it

You may stop at any time by cancelling and deleting your account. We may end an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why where we can.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect.
